Michael Platt

Michael Platt comes from a musical background with both his mother and sister being professional singers in the past.

He has sung in many productions from a young age and at the age of eighteen started work as a Bluecoat for Pontins at Brean Sands, becoming the shows’ lead male vocalist.

He then went on to Disney land Resort, Paris where he worked as a parade performer.

Since returning home, Michael has been working his way to becoming one of Wales’ top acts performing in Café Bars, Clubs, Casinos, Weddings and Holiday Parks.

He is the winner of the first ever Welsh Factor and won three awards for Best Male newcomer in 2009 alone.

Michael has recently reached the live regional finals of a competition called Open Mic.

With a large cash prize as well as a recording contract for the taking he is reaching for the top and is one to watch out for in the future.
