We want to give you full re-assurance over your holiday bookings so have created our Free, Book with Confidence Coronavirus Guarantee which applies to all new and existing bookings.

Our Holiday Parks & Holiday Villages are now open for limited dates in 2020 (6th July – 30th Aug) season. Our team are contacting customers in order of arrival dates to discuss the options available to you.


  1. You consider it unsafe to come on holiday due to the continuing threat of Coronavirus
  2. You are unable to travel due to sickness and/or isolation due to the Coronavirus outbreak
  3. UK Government restrictions on travel due to the Coronavirus outbreak
  4. The resort you have booked is closed due to the Coronavirus outbreak

We guarantee at any point within the ‘Guarantee Change Window’ (between 28 days and 3 days prior to arrival), you can:


  1. Transfer your holiday to available new dates in 2021, free of charge*
  2. If you don’t know your new dates, we will apply your original booking payment against a future holiday, again free of charge
  3. Cancel your booking and receive a full refund


  1. The ‘Guarantee Change Window’ allows any transfer or cancellation within the period of 28 days and 3 days prior to arrival
  2. Should UK Government advice significantly change in the 3 days prior to arrival, we will reactivate the Guarantee for you
  3. All other booking terms and conditions remain unchanged
  4. If you choose to amend your holiday to different dates, we will offer you a like for like Holiday. Call us on 0871 222 0201 or email
    *Should you wish to move your Holiday to a more expensive date, you will need to pay the difference – but you will not need to pay this until the balance is due.
  5. If you choose to cancel your holiday, you must contact us prior to your arrival date by calling us on 0871 222 0201 or email us on  
  6. Please note we can only amend or cancel a booking with the Lead name registered or using the email address we have recorded on the booking. Refunds can take up to 28 days to process. 
  7. The Coronavirus Guarantee is available until further notice. 
  8. The Coronavirus Guarantee applies to direct booking only, if you have booked with a 3rd Party Event organiser, 3rd Party website or coach company you will need to contact them directly.
