Southport Bungalow
Our Southport Bungalow is set close to all the
venues at the Park, with landscaped gardens
to the front and rear, the back garden is
enclosed with a gate.
The Bungalow has a newly designed living area and just down the
hallway we have a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, washing
machine, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The master
bedroom has a double bed with flat screen TV and fitted
wardrobes.
We then move to the second, this has two single beds and
wardrobes, and the third bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed. We
also have a new bathroom which has a fully fitted bathroom suite.
Prestatyn Bungalow
The Bungalow is set just on the edge of the
Park with a beautifully landscaped green to
the front and a family garden area to the rear.
The Bungalow has sliding patio doors to the front that lead to a
newly designed living area and just down the hallway we have a
fully fitted kitchen and all the little extra touches that you will
need to complete your holiday.
Moving down the hallway we have the master bedroom which is
fitted with a double bed, TV and fitted wardrobes. We then move
to the second and third bedrooms which both have two single
beds, TV’s and wardrobes. At the end of the hallway there is a new
bathroom which has fully fitted bathroom suite.
Brean Sands Bungalow
Our Brean Sands Bungalow has newly
designed living area and furnished
throughout to a high standard. You will feel
at home from the moment you step inside.
The kitchen includes appliances; fridge, oven, microwave, kettle
and toaster. There are two spacious double bedrooms with a
double bed in each and then another two bedrooms with two
single beds in each. The bungalow also has a new bathroom which
has a fully fitted bathroom suite with shower and shower screen.
The living area has sofas, flat screen TV and dining area, even the
soft furnishings and decorative items have been carefully thought
of to make you feel welcome.
Pakefield Bungalow
Our Pakefield Bungalow has been
furnished to a high standard throughout,
with a hand-selected decor ensuring your
every comfort is catered for, you will relax in comfort from the
moment you arrive.
The spacious kitchen includes appliances; dishwasher, washing
machine, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There
is a spacious double bedroom with a double bed and patio doors
to the garden, there are two more bedrooms, one with three
single beds and the other with a set of bunk-beds.
The new bathroom has fully fitted bathroom suite with shower.
The family lounge area with sofas also boasts a 42” Flat Screen TV
and dining area, even the soft furnishings and decorative items
have been carefully thought of to make you feel welcome.

We have changed our
arrangements for
bed linen in the apartments.
We are now offering
2 options
to choose from when booking your next family holiday.
Linen packs include:
• Pillow case(s)
• Bed sheet
• Duvet cover
(Please note: you can’t take home the
duvets and pillows).
Purchase a “linen pack” when you book and SAVE.
• The prices of £5 per single bed and £8 per double bed are fantastic deals only available
when you pre-purchase linen packs alongside booking your holiday.
• Linen packs purchased on park will cost £10 per single bed and £20 per double bed
(subject to availability) pre-purchase to guarantee Outstanding Value for Money.
