Our Insurance Premium is charged per Apartment, so no need to worry who is covered under
which policy- everyone is covered whatever your relationship. Of course the Insurance cover has
everything included from cancellation and curtailment. in the event that any members of your
party are unable to travel due to sickness, redundancy or Jury Service - it even includes vehicle
breakdown assistance and other features (detailed below).
Full details of the terms and conditions are included in the policy wording a copy of which will be
sent to you with your booking documentation. Remember to check the General Exclusions to see
what cover is available for any pre-existing medical conditions that you might have.
No worries!
This information is intended to be a summary only, you should always call our Holiday Advisors
to make sure you get the right Insurance for you. They will be happy to send you a Policy
wording before you purchase but even after you have paid if the Insurance doesn’t meet with
your requirements, just return it to Pontins within 14 days of issue or prior to starting your
Holiday whichever is less. If you have paid a premium you will then be refunded in full.

How to Pay:
Bookings made within 56 days of
your holiday start date:
The full balance of the holiday and
Insurance premium is payable using one of
the following methods:
Booking through your Travel Agent will
require full payment to be made at the time
of booking.
If booking more than 56 days in
advance of your holiday start date the
following deposits will be required:
Half Board:
£30 per adult and £15 per child (under 14yrs)
per week or part week
Self Catering:
£50 per Apartment per week or part week
Payment of Balance
The balance of your holiday may be paid
at any time but no later than 56 days
before the start of your holiday. Please
note that reminders will not be sent and
payments not received by the due date
will result in cancellation.
